🔄 Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
✔ Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
✔ It must be in the original packaging
✔ You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Final sale or clearance items

Custom or engraved products

Items showing signs of wear or damage
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us and include photos of the damage.
5. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase as long as they have not yet shipped. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled as a return.
7. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange:

2️⃣ We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
3️⃣ Pack your item securely and ship it to the provided return address.
